These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Educe Elevare website and your participation in our programmes, workshops, and sessions. By engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

1. Scope of Services
Educe Elevare offers:

• Wellbeing programmes for individuals, families, schools, and corporate organisations
   
• Holistic development and personal growth services
   
• Corporate training and organisational wellbeing workshops
   

2. Eligibility
Services for minors (under 18) require the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Corporate or organisational bookings must be made by an authorised representative.

3. Booking & Payment
All sessions, programmes, workshops, and corporate events must be booked in advance.
Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Corporate clients may be invoiced with agreed payment terms.

Accepted payment methods:

• Bank transfer (UAE and international accounts)
   
• Cash (UAE clients only, where agreed in advance)
   
• Secure online credit and debit card payments will be available soon via Stripe, allowing local and international clients to pay online safely and conveniently.
   

Full payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation. All payments must be made in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling for individual and family services.
   
• Corporate or organisational events require at least 14 days’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
   
• Cancellations made outside these timeframes, or no-shows, will be charged in full.
   

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are only provided if Educe Elevare cancels the session and cannot offer an alternative date/time.
   
• No refunds are given for late cancellations or no-shows.
   

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:

• Arrive on time for all sessions
   
• Engage respectfully and professionally with Educe Elevare staff
   
• Provide accurate information relevant to the service
   
• Ensure that all participants in corporate or group sessions meet agreed guidelines and expectations
