Each programme is shaped by age, setting, and individual goals following an initial consultation.
Topics explored can include emotional awareness, self-regulation, positive self-image, empathy, resilience, relationship-building, and managing stress. Sessions are engaging, age-appropriate, and delivered either online or in the comfort of the child’s home, depending on what works best for the family.
